Privado uses foundation information like Company Name, Address, details of DPO etc. while generating RoPA reports.
The following company privacy information is maintained in Privado.
Legal Role: This is the default role your company plays like Controller, Processor
Company Contact Details: This is the summary of your company
Company Name: Your Company's legal name
Company Email: Where users can contact you for privacy complaints and issues
Company Phone Number: Where users can contact you for privacy complaints and issues
Address: Where users can contact you for privacy complaints and issues
Data Protection Officer Contact Details: Name of DPO, Email, Phone Number, Address
Company Representative Contact Details: If applicable, Name, Email, Phone Number, Address
To add the company privacy information, navigate to Settings Page from top navigation menu.
Under the Company tab, you will see above details to update.
Click on Update to open the edit modal and add values.
