We automatically generate the GDPR Article 30 or Records of Processing Activity report. ROPA report is automatically generated based on the values in Processing Activity and associated relationship. Each row in your ROPA report is a processing activity and has all details relevant to the same.

Controller Details | Details of the entity who has a legal relationship of the controller for the activity. Details like name, address, etc are picked from the entity itself. |
Joint controller address(if applicable) | Details of the entity who has a legal relationship of the joint controller for the activity. Details like name, address, etc are picked from the entity itself. |
Individual Category | Individuals whose data you are processing. This is derived from the Data Elements section of the activity. |
Personal data category | Data Category of the data elements related to the activity. |
International data transfer(if applicable) | Countries of the entity or vendor under legal relationship with transfer enabled |
Transfer Safeguards(if applicable) | Transfer mechanism selected for the legal relationships of the activity |
Retention schedule(if possible) | Retention schedule as described in the activity |
Technical Security Measures | Technical Measures of all the assets related to the activity under the Relationships tab |
Organizational Security Measure | Organizational Measures of all the assets related to the activity under the Relationships tab |

Click on ROPA under Reports from the Left-Navigation menu
You will see the ROPA report
Click on Export to get an email with the excel version of the ROPA report
